Life can be challenging at times and you may be seeking therapy to help you process it all or figure out your next steps.

You may be struggling in your relationships with your parents/family, partner, or others in terms of managing their expectations of you and dealing with feelings of anxiety, guilt, shame, and resentment.

You might also be impacted by anxiety, a fear of failure, self-criticism, procrastination and avoidance, and difficulty taking on new challenges because you're worried about it not going as well as you hoped. This may mean that major changes are hard for you to cope with and can feel very stressful as you struggle through the adjustment phase.

Exploring new experiences, behaviours, and habits scare you but you know deep down that these changes can have a positive effect on your life and you might need some support from a therapist to get there.
