Meaningful Independence offers virtual or online therapy across Ontario and Alberta and focuses on supporting adults affected by:

  • stress/burnout

  • self-esteem

  • grief/loss

  • relationship issues

  • disability, injury, chronic illness

  • cultural/racial identity issues for BIPOC-identifying individuals 


Davina is a Masters-level Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She is also registered as a Certified Solution Focused Therapist (CSFT) with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification (CCPC) Global Inc. 


Davina has been practicing as a Social Worker since 2009. She worked in social services and in health care at pediatric and adult rehabilitation hospitals and now works full-time as an online therapist providing individual therapy to adults in Ontario and Alberta. 


Online Therapy for Adults in Ontario and Alberta 

Individual counselling services are provided by phone or video for adults across all of Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Brampton, Mississauga, Hamilton, London, etc.) and Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, St. Albert, etc.).

Teletherapy could be a good fit if you have:
