Davina has 15 years of Social Work experience across the social services and health care fields. She now works full time in her online private practice serving adults through individual therapy across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

​

Davina has an Honours Bachelors degree in Psychology from McMaster University and a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto.

​

She has completed training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.​​​
