Life can be stressful and overwhelming at times.

Davina has an Honours Bachelors degree in Psychology from McMaster University and a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto.

Her therapy style draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
